How much does a website cost with Brand Hermits?
Brand Hermits websites start at Rp 5 million for the Standard package (up to 5 pages, mobile-responsive, basic CMS and SEO). The Premium package is Rp 10 million and adds up to 12 pages plus a blog, advanced SEO, e-commerce for up to 20 SKUs, a 3rd-party payment gateway and basic inventory. Custom builds start from Rp 20 million and are scoped after a discovery call.
What is included in the Rp 10 million Premium website package?
The Premium package (Rp 10 million) includes everything in Standard plus up to 12 pages and a blog, advanced on-page SEO, built-in e-commerce for up to 20 SKUs, a 3rd-party payment gateway, basic inventory management, custom design, and 3 rounds of revisions with delivery in about 4 weeks.
Can Brand Hermits build an online store or accept payments?
Yes. E-commerce and online payments start in the Premium tier (up to 20 SKUs with a 3rd-party payment gateway). Larger catalogs (up to 30 SKUs), custom integrations, a discount system and customer membership are available in Custom builds.
How long does it take to build a website?
A Standard site ships in about 2 weeks and a Premium site in about 4 weeks. Custom builds are scoped after a discovery call, depending on the features required.

How much is monthly website maintenance?
Brand Hermits offers three monthly maintenance plans: Basic at Rp 999,000/month (unlimited minor revisions), Growth at Rp 2,499,000/month (3 major revisions plus unlimited minor revisions) and Scale at Rp 2,999,000/month (unlimited major and minor revisions). All plans include hosting, domain, SSL, payment-gateway setup and minor updates under 2 hours.
What does a maintenance plan cover?
Every maintenance plan covers hosting, domain and SSL, payment-gateway setup, uptime monitoring and backups, and minor updates under 2 hours each. Higher plans add major revisions, a monthly performance check, priority support and, on the Scale plan, a dedicated account manager.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Every tier includes a CMS so you can edit content yourself; Premium and Custom builds add a full blog. If you prefer hands-off, a monthly maintenance plan covers edits for you.

Is SEO included in a Brand Hermits website?
Yes. The Standard package includes basic on-page SEO. Premium and Custom builds include advanced SEO with schema markup, an XML sitemap and performance optimization so your site can rank on Google and be surfaced by AI answer engines.
Do Brand Hermits websites work with AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity?
